Patrick Farrell

Senior Engineer, Persistent Systems

Patrick Farrell has a Bachelor and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. While at Virginia Tech he focused on digital communications, specifically in the areas of software defined radio. After leaving school, he worked for Thales Communications, working on digital signal processing and radio development.  Starting in October 2011, he began working with Persistent Systems in New York City, helping to develop their Wave Relay mobile ad-hoc networking radio system.  He currently focuses on the low-level software running on the radio system as well as application level programs that are tightly integrated with the Wave Relay product.
