Open Source Software Institute welcomes VMware as corporate member
Washington, DC – January 10, 2013 – The Open Source Software Institute (OSSI) announced today that VMware, the leader in virtualization and cloud infrastructure, has joined the non-profit, government open source advocacy organization as a Platinum member.

To complement this announcement, next week’s Industry Day Event will be hosted by OSSI, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Scheduled for January 14, 2013, it will be the second Industry Day hosted by OSSI and will be held at the Conference Center at the Maritime Institute, 692 Maritime Boulevard, Linthicum Heights, MD.
