The Open Source Software Institute is a 501(c)(6) trade association composed of industry partners and government entities and educational institutions.
As such, we will only disclose your name and email address to our composing members. The current list of members is available on our website. Disclosure of further data will only take place with your permission.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to parties outside the Open Source Software Institute and its members. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety.
